Baroque style in the interior originated in the 18th century in Italy and despite this it is popular among contemporaries who want to emphasize their taste. From the Italian "baroque" is translated as fancy, superfluous, that best describes this style.

Characteristics and history

Baroque in the interior is similar to Rococo, a branch of the classical style of the early 18th century, which focuses on ornament, mythological themes, and the abundance of decorative elements.
