The project from the studio FormaLine: apartment in black and white 50 sq. M. m

The flat design in black and white was developed at the FormaLine studio. Its area is 50 square meters. m., therefore, the minimalism style in its classic version - a combination of black and white colors - was chosen as the basis.

The laconic style allows you to create expressive interiors without cluttering the space with unnecessary details. At the same time, the wishes of the owners were taken into account: they dreamed of a bright dwelling, maximally combined visually with the panorama of the city opening from the tenth floor.

The absence of load-bearing walls made it possible to somewhat increase the living space of the apartment in black and white by demolishing interior partitions, as well as to organize a modern open living space divided into the necessary functional areas: bathroom, bedroom, and total volume, which housed the entrance area, living room, kitchen and a seating area on the balcony attached to it.

The white walls and the ceiling combined with dark chocolate elements of the furniture and the floor give the interior elegance.

The zoning of the apartment in black and white is done with the help of the color of the floor covering: in the living room the floor is dark, in the kitchen - light. In addition, these two zones are separated by a dining group consisting of a table suspended from the ceiling and chairs next to it.

The bedroom area on three sides is fenced with walls, one has a large storage system built in, the other two are covered with wooden panels. From the rest of the space, it is separated by wooden shutter doors, through which light and air penetrates.

To facilitate the perception of the interior of the bed hung on a strong system of attachment to the ceiling.

The only decorative element in the apartment is a rack with open shelves in the living room area that serves as a display point for the car collection.

Lighting provided by white ceiling lamps, almost imperceptible to the eye. The dining area is additionally illuminated with white bulbs hanging from black wires.

In the bedroom, the lights are fitted with built-in spots above the wardrobe, and the center of the living room is accented with a FormaLine chandelier with an original lampshade. A tripod with a telescope attached to it allows you to admire the cityscapes and view the starry sky. Additionally, it serves as a decorative accent that adds graphic to the interior of the apartment.
