Layout

The kitchen, which in the initial version was supposed to remain isolated, lost its partition as a result, which allowed daylight to penetrate the corridor and, reflecting from the mirror, increase its illumination.
Living room
The passage from the hallway to the living room is through sliding doors with frosted glass inserts. The main item in the living room - a large sofa, assembled from individual modules. He stands near the wall, decorated with decorative plaster MagDecor. In order to emphasize its beauty, a cornice was laid around, behind which the backlight was hidden. Opposite the sofa is a storage system in which a large aquarium is integrated - the owners of the apartment are keen on fish farming.
Kitchen
The kitchen layout is very ergonomic: a worktop with a sink on top and a dishwasher under it is on the center of the wall, on the sides are two tall columns for appliances and storage. The lower tier of the cabinets and columns are “golden cherry” colors, the upper one is white, glossy, which makes the kitchen lighter and visually larger.
Along the window - another work surface. It is quite wide, with a built-in hob and extractor hood, which can be easily removed inside the table if it is not necessary to use it. The working surface ends with a bar counter adjoining at an angle of 90 degrees. Four people can easily fit behind it. The floor of the kitchen area, as well as an apron on the wall above the work surface, are lined with Italian tiles from the Base collection of the Fap Ceramiche factory.
Bedroom
The loggia adjacent to the parents' bedroom was insulated, and a place for reading and rest was arranged there - a cozy armchair, a floor lamp and original book shelves. In addition, a spacious dressing room appeared next to the bedroom - 3 square meters. m
The headboard of the bed adjoins the wall, decorated with wood - exactly the same as on the floor. Behind a false ceiling lights are hidden. On the next wall two high mirrors are fixed, on top of each of them is a sconce: this scheme allows to increase the illumination and create the illusion of expanding space.
Children's
The design of a 3-room apartment provides a separate nursery with its own storage systems - a large wardrobe and a roomy chest of drawers. A crib for the child was made to order, as was the wooden frame above it — a lightweight canopy was fastened on it and the ornaments were hung.
The lighting in the playing area is carried out by spots built into the ceiling, the center of the room is marked by the suspension of Skygarden, the design of Marcel Wanders is very romantic and delicate, in the form of a hemisphere, with stucco inside. Large long pile carpet gives children's comfort and warmth.
Entrance hall
A large closet housing a washing machine, a refrigerator, and compartments for storing clothes, shoes, and household items has become a unifying design element of a 3-room apartment.
An interesting rack appeared in the entrance area, imitating a staircase to the second floor. Books, magazines, small decorative objects can be placed in its open shelves, and larger ones, such as vases, can be placed directly on the steps. Both the floor and the wall behind the raised stairs are made of the same wood type. The backlight is built in between the wall panels.
Bathroom
The bathroom's decoration is austere and restrained, in two colors: ivory and dark brown. Wall and floor covering - Italian tile FAP Ceramiche Base. The toilet is suspended, above it is a false storage box, equipped with lighting. It is tiled with the same factory. The wall behind the sink is fully mirrored, which complicates the space and makes the bathroom more visually larger.
