Scandinavian interior design of a small studio apartment 24 sq. M. m

Interior studio 24 square meters. It turned out to be unusually harmonious and interesting due to the use of techniques characteristic of northern styles: an abundance of white color, natural texture of wood and rich colors as an accent in some areas.

It has everything you need to create a modern level of comfort. Pure white gives room to the imagination and gives a feeling of boundless freedom, bright colors create style and mood.

The whole interior of a small-sized apartment in the Scandinavian style is kept very strictly: white walls, white ceiling of the same color, as a decorative detail - a cornice along the entire ceiling, also painted white.

One of the walls has a brickwork texture, but it is also white. White here even part of the floor - the one that falls on the living room area.

The kitchen part is the color of light wood, as is the tabletop. Thus, the color selection of the kitchen area in a separate object.

The interior of the studio is 24 square meters. m. decorative elements quite a bit, but they are very thoughtful. On the wall with a window are “empty” frames, forcing them to peer into brickwork bordered with a lace pattern and thus turning it into a full-fledged art object.

Above the sofa are real paintings, one of which is designed in two tones - black and white, and practically serves as a background for the other, on which almost the same object is painted, but in bright sunny colors.

Lighting. Hanging from the ceiling lamps on the wires are typical for the Scandinavian style. Two such lamps hung over the dining table, highlighting the main area of the room. General lighting is provided by spots built into the ceiling. The working area is highlighted by a series of point light sources embedded in a series of hanging cabinets, and the living area is indicated in the light scheme by a floor lamp by the sofa.

In the interior design of a small studio apartment, brickwork was used as an ornament, so they did not hide it under plaster. Contrast with a delicate openwork frame gives an additional effect.

They decided not to change the old heating battery, but only to paint it carefully. Since most of the old houses in northern countries used such batteries, this increased the identity of the style.

In order to have as much light as possible, simple curtains were replaced with rolled ones: in the afternoon they are not visible, and in the evening in the lowered state it will hide the kitchen from indiscreet looks from the street.

Living room

The interior of a small Scandinavian-style apartment includes a living area with a comfortable wide sofa and a TV opposite it. Under the TV is a small chest of drawers that serves as an additional storage system.

When assembled, the sofa has ample dimensions to ensure a comfortable sleep, and if necessary it can be expanded out by arranging an extra bed. Cushions of watercolor flowers are a colorful accent in the Scandinavian interior of a small apartment.

Kitchen

To further increase the illumination, the facades of the kitchen are made glossy - in combination with white, they visually expand the room and make it brighter. The simple form helps to avoid “glamor”, which makes the interior more strict and solemn.

Brickwork and an old battery set the overall tone of the studio's interior 24 sq. M. m., in accordance with which the refrigerator is decorated in retro style. It is also white, the color of the walls. Kitchen appliances - the minimum, only really necessary. Even the cooking surface has only two burners, which is enough for a small family.

In addition, the owners of the house rarely prepare their own meals, preferring to dine and dine in the cafe. They do not need too large a working surface, and they also made it quite compact, made of wood treated with special protection. A white mosaic apron for the work area further decorates the room and reflects the light, increasing the illumination of the room.

In the interior design of a small studio apartment, the dining room takes center stage. It is very decorative: around a wooden table there are chairs not only of different shapes, but also of different colors, made of different materials. There is a wooden chair, metal chair and plastic chairs.

Entrance hall

A special color scheme is used in the interior design of a small studio apartment in the entrance area and in the bathroom. Thick blue in the hallway and bright turquoise in the bathroom create a color prism through which the apartment as a whole is perceived.
